Our Mission and Vision

Re4ormed, LLC provides a place for veteran and military-spouse entrepreneurs to connect with a community and business services they can trust.

Our vision is to create a nationwide ecosystem that connects veteran-owned and military-spouse-owned businesses, corporate partners, veteran-support organizations, and government resources to deliver mutual support, development assistance, and affordable, core tools to those entrepreneurs, enabling them to succeed.

Our Founder

Mark Mhley is a retired Naval Officer and Aviator who spent nearly 22 years in uniform, flying the F-14 and F/A-18F, working for the Naval Special Warfare community, and instructing at the U.S.Naval Academy. During his transition into entrepreneurship, he grew a beard and restored F-14A BUNO 162591 at USNA, which (hopefully) inspires future generations of midshipmen to become Naval Aviators. Inspired to share what he learned as a struggling veteran-entrepreneur, Mark pivoted Re4ormed to support the community that had rallied around him as he ‘failed forward.’ Mark is an avid road cyclist, mountain biker, and is often seen Stand Up Paddleboarding around Annapolis with his Weimaraner Blitzen.

According to Pew Research, Americans trust the military community more than any other institution, with 80% of Americans believing the military will act in the best interests of the public.

Small businesses are the second most trusted institution.

It makes sense, considering both institutions’ strong emphasis on service. This is why veteran entrepreneurs are poised to bring transformational change to America’s cities.
