Re4ormed, LLC supports the entrepreneurial spirit of those who have worn our nation’s cloth through combat or competition.
Mark Mhley is a retired Naval Officer and Aviator who spent nearly 22 years in uniform, flying the F-14 and F/A-18F, working for the Naval Special Warfare community, and instructing at the U.S.Naval Academy. During his transition into entrepreneurship, he grew a beard and restored F-14A BUNO 162591 at USNA, which (hopefully) inspires future generations of midshipmen to become Naval Aviators. Inspired to share what he learned as a struggling veteran-entrepreneur, Mark pivoted Re4ormed to support the community that had rallied around him as he ‘failed forward’, and included elite-athletes after attending the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business’ Next Step Program for transitioning service-members and elite-athletes. Mark is an avid road cyclist, mountain biker, and is often seen Stand Up Paddleboarding around Annapolis with his Weimaraner Blitzen.
